I can make this promise because my students pass. But if you do everything in your plan, sit the exam on our agreed date, and PMI still says you didn't pass — you choose: I pay your PMI re-examination fee and keep coaching you free until you pass, or I refund your training fee. The risk is mine, not yours.
Eligibility requires completing the written work, staying in contact with your coach, and booking and taking the exam on the agreed date. Your first PMI exam fee is separate. After an official PMI non-pass result, the two remedies are alternatives, not cumulative: choose reimbursement of the eligible PMI re-examination fee shown on your receipt plus continued included coaching while you stay active and follow the plan until you pass, or a refund of the training fee you actually paid. PMI sets examination and re-examination pricing based on membership and region and controls eligibility, applications, appointments, scoring, and certification. The team sends the complete written promise and claim steps for your review before payment.
